Tariff details for concerts:
The Tariff is based on a percentage of the Receipts excluding VAT. It is calculated by a sliding scale system that operates through tranches.
The following tranches apply:
Up to € 100,000.00 7,00%
€ 100,001- € 500,000 6,25%
€ 500,001- € 1,000,000 5,50%
€ 1,000,001- € 1,500,000 4,75%
€ 1,500,001- € 2,500,000 4,00%
€ 2,500,001- € 3,500,000 3,25%
€ 3,500,001 and higher 2,50%
Royalty details:
Commission rate: 8% of license fee
Payout:92% of license fee
Condition: The total receipts from the concert are at least € 75,000, and the perfomer(s) hold the copyright to at least 60% of the musical works performed by the main act.
